Wandering Wildlife

While I was out doing a big bike ride (to make up for a generous helping of apricot bread pudding and vanilla ice cream from last night), Emil took some pics of visitors in the yard this morning.

Saves us from trimming trees.  But, stay away from the begonias!

It's gorgeous, 90 degrees, light wind, and absolutely beautiful today.  Sending cool thoughts to my family in the midwest and east coast, dealing with 100 degrees.  Please cool down before we come there to visit.  I may melt or spend all my time inside the beach house cooking big meals for everyone.  Hmm....that sounds perfect!  I'll get together my recipes just in case.
